Q. How do I register my child for BPW Football or Cheer?

Q. What paperwork is required before my child can begin to practice?
1. Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form signed by both the parent and participant.
2. Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History Form signed by a licensed physician
3. Photo of participant (2” x 3” head & shoulders).
4. Copy of participant’s complete June report card, including special subjects (P.E., Art, etc.).
5. Copy of participant’s birth certificate.
6. Equipment/Uniform Depost Check ($200 football; $150 cheer). This check will NOT be cashed -- it will be returned to you when items are returned in good condition by Dec. 1
Q. Can my child participate in BPW if we don't live within the Bethlehem
Central School District?
The boundary for Pop Warner recruitment is the school district boundary.
Therefore, Bethlehem has the exclusive right to recruit in the Bethlehem
Central School District only. A team cannot recruit or accept children
from another area that has an active Pop Warner association except under
specific circumstances. If a player wishes to join an “Away” team, there
must be a written waiver from the Home Association President unless that
Home Association is not fielding a team at the level the child will be playing
OR the child began Pop Warner involvement under such an arrangement
and wishes to continue with that same “Away” association.
