Q. What are the registration fees?
The registration fees for the 2011 season are as follows:

Cubby Cheer:$150.00
Cheerleading:$200.00
Flag Football:$175.00
Tackle Football:   $250.00

There is an Registration Late Fee of $30.00 for registration forms received on or after July 1st

Your registration fee includes $100-worth of raffle tickets.  You are free to sell these tickets to family and friends -- return the ticket stubs to BPW and you pocket up to $100!


Q. Why does Pop Warner cost more than other community sports?
The cost for participating in Pop Warner is different from other community sports because of the equipment required to play and the cost of field use.  The fee structure is set to cover the costs of running the Football and Cheer programs each season, including the maintenance of the fields and equipment.

Your registration fee also includes: a game jersey with your child’s name printed on the back (football), Cheer socks and hair ribbon (cheer), a family invitation to the Summer Pep Rally Picnic, and a complimentary admission to the Annual Awards Banquet for each participant.  Registration fees must be paid in full before your child will be allowed to participate in practice.

Q. Do I have to buy the football/cheer uniform and equipment for my child(ren)?
Football:  Parents need to equip their child with a water bottle (labeled w/name), non-metal football cleats, black athletic socks, a shirt to fit under pads, an athletic supporter and protective cup.  The other equipment for tackle football (helmet, pads, mouth guard, practice pants and jersey, game pants and jersey) are provided. 

Cheer:  Parents will need to equip their child with a water bottle (labeled w/name), and must purchase through BPW a bodysuit, briefs, and sneakers.  The cheerleading uniform (skirt and vest) are provided. 

A deposit check is required for the uniform/equipment provided by BPW (Football: $200/Cheer: $150).  This check will NOT be cashed and will be returned to you provided the equipment/uniform is returned in good condition to BPW by December 1st.

Q. If my child decides to quit, can I get a refund?
Refunds for registration fees will be processed until August 10th. After that date, no registration fee refunds will be given.  No refunds will be given for registration late fees.  Deducted from refunds will be the value of any raffle tickets already sold.  All refunds must be requested in writing to the BPW Board Vice President and are provided via check
